The Management of the Public Record in An Electronic Environment

ACARM lobbied the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Edinburgh in August 1997 on the implications for public records of the electronic environment. This paper was subsequently re-printed in the ACARM Newsletter and is reproduced here in full.
